The hook

Every moment offers a choice. Choose love and awaken.

Description

Every moment offers a choice. Choose love and awaken.

Choose to Awaken is a journey of poetry, teachings, and practices guiding you to conscious awareness of the divine within: your Source, your highest self, the love you already are. Along the way, old patterns shift, the heart opens, and the truth of who you are rises to meet you.

Nineteen chapters carry the journey through foundational healing, activating energy, awakening to purpose, and living as love. Each chapter opens with an original poem inspired by the author’s own awakening. The teaching that follows illuminates the path, a guided practice anchors the shift in your body, and reflection questions invite you to discover more.

This book is a companion for the journey home to yourself. The practices build on one another gently: grounding and centering, releasing the beliefs that no longer serve you, opening the heart, and learning to read your inner compass. No prior experience with meditation or energy work is needed.

Whether you have walked a spiritual path for decades or are simply feeling the quiet pull toward something more, whether you belong to a tradition or left one long ago, this book meets you as you are. Everything offered here is invitation rather than doctrine, a doorway you are free to walk through at your own pace.

If you have been seeking deeper connection, to love, to truth, to who you really are, this book is your invitation to choose, again and again, to awaken.
