Choose to Awaken Launch Party

The afternoon

Choose to Awaken is about to go out into the world, and I would love for you to be in the room when it does. This afternoon is a celebration of the book and of the people who walked with it: readings, a guided meditation to open to love, a sound bath, a book signing, and light refreshments among friends.

Everyone present will be guided through a simple meditation to open to the Creator's loving energy and shown how to direct the flow of that loving energy with intention, so you leave with a practice you can carry home.

Come as you are. Wear something comfortable; part of the afternoon is spent seated or lying down for the sound bath, and a mat or blanket is welcome if you have a favorite. Bring anyone you would like to share the day with.

2. 1:30–1:45Welcome and highlights from Choose to AwakenA few words from Jason and selected readings from the book.
3. 1:45–2:00Guided meditation: opening to loveSeated. Nothing to prepare; simply follow along. You will be guided to open to the Creator's loving energy and shown a simple way to direct its flow with intention.
4. 2:00–2:10Rhythms of Healing, Reflections of SoulA sample from the album, with a choreographed dance to “I Choose to Awaken.”
5. 2:15–3:00Sound bathLie back and let the sound do the work. Mats and blankets welcome.
6. 3:00–4:00Book signing and minglingThe book signing table (copies available to purchase, or bring your own) and time together.

Choose to Awaken releases on Tuesday, November 10. Copies will be available to purchase at the party, and if yours arrives before then, bring it along for the book signing.

This is a recorded event. A videographer will be filming the afternoon, and the recordings will be used to promote Choose to Awaken. By attending, you agree to appear in them.
